Arm & Hammer Laundry Blesses the Holiday Mess

Arm & Hammer Laundry Blesses the Holiday Mess

The holidays can be a messy time, not just emotionally, but actually, physically messy. With all the preparation and consumption of big meals, parties where spills are common, and general chaos that often leads to unexpected messes.

To prove it’s ready to rise to the occasion, Arm & Hammer Laundry detergent is launching “The Great Holidays Stain-Off” campaign. The effort, which will feature social media influencer families participating in a video series on the brand’s TikTok page, encourages cooks at home to embrace the mess.

“The purpose is to encourage consumers to embrace the chaos of the holidays and to not stress over the little messes because Arm & Hammer has your back,” said a brand representative in response to e-mailed questions.

Beginning Nov. 4, the brand will be running videos featuring three influencer families on its TikTok page. The videos will feature the families, Vidya and Shaan Gopalan (@queencitytrends), the Patton family (@snackbandits) and the Rolon Family (@nycgaydad), making some of their favorite holiday meals and a mess in the process.

“We picked these families because they represent the diverse communities who trust Arm & Hammer Laundry to clean their clothes,” according to the representative. “They also have great, engaging family-focused content. We want to be able to lighten your load during the holiday season, and all year long, to make sure that your laundry chores are stress-free.”

In addition to the influencer families, the brand has enlisted actor and chef David Burtka to create “Holiday Stain-Off” content as well. Burtka, who is famously married to actor Neil Patrick Harris, will share his favorite tips and tricks for keeping the holidays stress-free.

“David Burkta is a great role model for how to handle the holidays smoothly and keep them chaos free while enjoying time with the whole family,” the representative said. “He is a believer in the power of Arm & Hammer plus OxiClean and how it can help keep your time in the kitchen (and laundry room) stress free.”
