Amara’s Law states: we tend to overestimate the effect of a technology in the short run and underestimate the effect in the long run. Artificial intelligence, IoT, virtual/augmented realities, vocal assistants and chatbots – these are more than just buzzwords, they are immersive new mediums that are fundamentally changing consumer behavior. What use to be a test-and-learn opportunity may now be a crucial business strategy to stay relevant and profitable. How can marketers, as Wayne Gretzky once said, “skate to where the puck is going, not where it has been?”
Matt Maher, VP of Strategy and Innovation at Assembly, distills these complex technologies and provides real world applications and examples, taking us through the now and next of this new media landscape. He’ll focus on the evolution of communication, next-generation content, the internet of everything and adaptive analytics.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
